About The Position
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement. 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance and Performance Analytics capabilities. 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB. 4+ years of technical experience with ITSM, GRC and IT Asset Management is preferred. 2+ years of technical experience with Flow Designer. Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets, server scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal Configuration). Technical experience with the implementation of performance analytics. Technical experience with the implementation of third-party integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode) to ingest vulnerabilities and policy compliance scan data is required. In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process. Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools. Experience with the implementation of workspace, analytics, dashboard and reporting. Experience with ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules. Prior experience working on an agile development team. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, PowerShell.
Requirements
