About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
  • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
  • Active TS/SCI is required

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification
  • SAFe/Agile certification
  • Implementations in cloud environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage development team, scope, project schedule
  • Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
  • Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines
  • Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy
  • Advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
  • Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.)
  • Advise of feasibility of potential future projects to management
