About The Position

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical teams, ensuring the design and implementation of innovative solutions across the organization. Operating with significant autonomy, you will develop methodologies, strategies, and architectural deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines. Your responsibilities will include designing infrastructure to support strategic goals, advising on technology purchases, and setting standards for the client/server relational database structure. Additionally, you will assess the feasibility of future projects and provide expert guidance to management on technological advancements and solutions.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Proven ability to develop and deliver architectural products and strategies.
• Strong skills in advising on enterprise-wide technology solutions, including data storage, data access, and applications development.
• Experience in setting and enforcing technical standards for organizational databases and systems.
• US Citizenship
