We’re seeking an enthusiastic ServiceNow System Administrator to join our well-established, high-performing team. As we expand our ServiceNow offering, you’ll play a key role in uplifting our Enterprise Service Management capabilities across the business. Your Impact: Support the ServiceNow ITSM implementation project during its rollout phase. Transition into providing ongoing support, administration, and continuous improvement across Goodstart’s ServiceNow application portfolio. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems meet evolving business needs. Enable effective use of ServiceNow by Goodstart staff, helping deliver vital services that put the safety of children and employees at the forefront. Contribute to knowledge management so users and team members understand how systems operate Use IT Service Management processes (Incident, Request, Problem and Change) to manage and resolve tickets efficiently Monitor ticket queues and keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes Support a safe, compliant, and child-safe workplace in line with Goodstart’s policies
