The team leverages various ServiceNow modules, Microservices, Cloud, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation with safe and sound architecture at optimum cost. The ServiceNow Delivery team is changing how clients interact with their customers, employees, and partners. We are modernizing their applications, creating new ones, and driving business efficiency across their ever-changing platform and channel infrastructures. We seek highly motivated Senior ServiceNow Developers to successfully deliver ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment with a dedicated team of industry-experienced resources. The ServiceNow Senior Analyst will assist in project implementations while driving thought leadership through deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, its product capabilities, and related technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions in a client-consulting environment, with a focus on areas such as Financial Services Operations (FSO), Customer Service Management (CSM), Customer Portal, Playbooks, NOW Experience, UI Builder, and Workflow Studio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with CSM implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
  • 1+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with FSO implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Certifications in Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM, and Application Developer (CAD).
  • Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master, are also preferred.
  • Maintain all certifications and micro certifications and continual progression in developer learning plans.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulately explain technical information.
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all critical technical decisions during project delivery.
  • Experience with spokes and integration hub
  • Experience with implementing Disputes on ServiceNow FSO is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow Next in UI design configuration, implementation, development, standard list/form/navigation updates, workflows, instance management, and creating tables and fields, working with remote tables, playbooks.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies. Excellent communication skills, team player, drives processes, and actively owns deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform end-to-end delivery processes; advanced functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow FSO, CSM best practices.
  • Familiarity with the platform data model including CSM, data analytics, data reporting, ServiceNow Process; strong process development, facilitating requirements for ServiceNow implementations and ServiceNow integration (SOAP, REST, XML), automation, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACLs), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripts, Java Scripting, UI Policies; Service Portals (Widgets, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Portal Configuration); ServiceNow version experience; Yokohama, Xanadu, Vancouver, Tokyo, San Diego, Rome
  • Strong interest in cloud computing and related technologies, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the technical Lead on implementation project teams, directing other technical consultants and testers.
  • Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using ServiceNow Agile or client-preferred Agile software.
  • Direct customers on best practices across ServiceNow products and platforms.
  • Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations.
  • Deliver Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration.
  • Development of client-specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics.
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed.
  • Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
  • Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards
  • Collaborate and contribute to creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards.
  • Ensuring technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand and capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for ServiceNow configuration.
  • Assist in designing and configuring a detailed end to end integration architecture using FSO capabilities and other core systems including any custom integration requirements utilizing REST and SOAP APIs as applicable
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 20%.
