Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4-6 years of relevant work experience in industry.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
• Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following: Customer Service Management (CSM) Playbooks Flow Designer Now Assist / AI Platform Analytics Predictive Intelligence Service Portal Catalog Items Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

Responsibilities

• Test development work completed in a ServiceNow instance.
• Contribute to and develop test cases for the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Perform regression testing to support major upgrades and releases.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality standards.
• Document test results and provide feedback for defect resolution.
