Job Overview: As a ServiceNow Program Manager, you will provide overall leadership and strategic direction to project managers and programmatic support staff while ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. With an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow product suite and security best practices, you will plan and lead major technology initiatives. This role involves hands-on architecting and designing solutions through domain models (application, integration, data, etc.) and use cases that describe larger system behavior and the impact of solutions. You will design business processes, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Additionally, you will assist with quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert-level skills in business process design
  • Expert-level experience in program and project management
  • Proven ability to architect and design solutions through domain models and use cases.
  • Experience in planning and leading major technology assignments.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in relation to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ability to design business processes aligned with organizational goals, including defining KPIs to measure success.
  • Expertise in quality management practices to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
  • US Citizenship required
