About The Position

The ServiceNow Platform Support Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support for the platform. This role works to create production and non-production cloud environments and deploys the automation pipeline to automate environment creation and configuration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related ServiceNow experience
  • 4+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementation
  • 4+ years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Architecture
  • BS degree (or additional 4 years of experience) or MD degree (or 2 additional years of experience)

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications
