About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented ServiceNow Platform/Product Owner to serve as the ultimate champion and strategist for our ServiceNow ecosystem. In this leadership role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the platform’s success, managing a diverse team of Developers, Business Analysts, and Administrators to deliver a world-class digital experience. As the Platform Owner, you aren't just managing a tool; you are leading a product journey. You will balance the long-term strategic roadmap with the tactical execution of multiple project tracks, ensuring the platform scales efficiently while meeting the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Platform Leadership: 15+ years of experience in enterprise software management, with at least 10+ years specifically leading a ServiceNow platform or program.
  • People Management: Proven track record of managing technical and functional teams (Dev, BA, Admin) in an Agile environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond the ask to understand how the platform can drive business process automation and digital transformation.
  • Deep Technical Fluency: While you may not be coding daily, you must understand the ServiceNow technical stack (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, etc.).
  • Change Management : Experience leading large-scale organizational change and platform adoption strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM or CIS-ITSM).
  • Experience with ServiceNow's CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or Strategic Leader certification.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and maintain the multi-year ServiceNow vision. Prioritize features, modules, and upgrades based on business value, ROI, and technical health.
  • Team Leadership: Direct a cross-functional team of ServiceNow Developers, BAs, and Admins. Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery.
  • Program Governance: Oversee multiple project tracks (CSM, ITSM, CRM & CPQ) simultaneously. Ensure architectural integrity and prevent "technical debt" through rigorous design reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for executive leadership. Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and manage expectations across departments.
  • Release & Change Management: Ensure that all changes in each release are assessed for alignment with the overall plans and roadmaps.
  • Platform Health & Security: Ensure the platform remains performant, secure, and compliant. Manage the upgrade cycle, instance strategy, and integration architecture.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage the relationship with ServiceNow and third-party partners. Oversee licensing, professional services contracts, and the overall platform budget.
