Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Servicenow certification: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - which implies
  • Experience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Minimum ServiceNow Certifications (current):
  • Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, etc.)
  • ServiceNow experience: Evidence of involvement as an architect or technical lead in at least 3 global ServiceNow projects or programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English

  • Agile background is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Application & Development area: Develop and implement best practices for Servicenow platform:
  • Release and deployment strategy
  • Development strategy and best practices
  • Configuration, and customization
  • Architecture area: Lead and implement an architectural function to
  • Ensure architecture review council is stood up as forum for design decision making
  • Own Foundation data and integration management to maintain the cohesion of the platform for each new capability implemented
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the platform's capabilities with business needs and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Management: manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow technical leads
