About The Position

The ServiceNow & Moveworks Platform Lead is responsible for driving the strategic direction, architecture, governance, and delivery of enterprise service platforms with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Moveworks. This role will oversee the expansion and optimization of ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CMDB, and AI‑driven automation capabilities, ensuring scalable, reliable, and innovative digital experiences across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery across workflow automation and enterprise AI platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT platforms, service management, or workflow automation.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale ServiceNow platform delivery.
  • Deep hands-on experience with: IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) CMDB & Discovery HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Proven experience with Moveworks or other enterprise-grade conversational AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven service automation and agentic workflows.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and governing platform operating models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of architecture, workflow design, integration patterns, and platform engineering.
  • Experience managing platform upgrades, major releases, and complex cross-functional deployments.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD), or Architect certifications.
  • Experience with AIOps, predictive intelligence, and LLM-based automation.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and enterprise automation tools.
  • Experience leading global platform teams or delivering multi-region deployments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for ServiceNow and Moveworks platforms.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven service automation, agentic AI workflows, and conversational experiences across IT, HR, and business functions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements, major releases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own platform architecture, workflow design, integration strategy, and implementation patterns.
  • Oversee delivery of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/Discovery, and HRSD modules at scale.
  • Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities, enterprise integrations, and workflow optimizations.
  • Ensure Moveworks deployment is optimized for coverage, automation, deflection, and end-user experience.
  • Develop and enforce platform governance: data, workflow standards, configuration vs. customization, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage platform upgrades, large-scale releases, and cross-module dependency planning.
  • Establish operational SLAs, platform reliability metrics, and adoption KPIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT, HR, security, and business leaders on workflow and automation solutions.
  • Partner with engineering teams, product owners, and process owners to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Evangelize best practices, innovation opportunities, and AI‑enabled service transformation.
