Inabia is seeking a ServiceNow Lead to architect, deliver, and support enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM and HRSD . This role focuses on platform architecture, integration design, technical governance, and hands-on configuration of modern ServiceNow capabilities. As the ServiceNow Lead for ITSM and HRSD, you will oversee the architecture, configuration, and delivery of enterprise solutions supporting IT and HR operations. You will guide teams in translating business requirements into robust technical designs, managing integrations, maintaining data models, and ensuring platform scalability. The role also requires deep hands-on experience with Flow Designer, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
