About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Lead to lead the collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing business processes and design of new business processes. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases. You'll also facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience leading ServiceNow implementations
  • Experience overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
  • Experience leading a small team of business analysts
  • Active TS/SCI is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing AGILE user stories
  • Writing functional test scripts
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM

Responsibilities
