ServiceNow Engineer who participate in the designing, developing, and supporting of ServiceNow solutions. Ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate across departments and lines of business.
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows, including both out-of-box and custom-built applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes and configurations.
Participate in Agile development processes.
Support upgrades patches and new releases of the ServiceNow Platform

Working Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
Basic Understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems; ability to utilize a variety of system tools, guarantee service availability, and ensure optimal IT system performance.
Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
