About The Position

The ServiceNow Developer will design develop and maintain integrations and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong ServiceNow scripting and integration expertise close collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to enterprise architecture security and coding standards while supporting platform upgrades and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub ServiceNow Spokes REST/SOAP APIs MID Server OAuth and other integration protocols.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM CMDB and Service Catalog.
• Experience with data transformation and mapping between systems.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like SSO SAML and LDAP.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Jira Azure DevOps AWS Salesforce Splunk etc).
• Experience with performance tuning and debugging of ServiceNow integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO and Other Third Party Vendors).
• Develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Configure ServiceNow flows Workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and ACLs to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and support existing ServiceNow integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders architects and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations data flows and custom development.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and integration capabilities.
• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and testing related to integrations.
• Ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
