Job Overview: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to deliver world-class ServiceNow applications for our federal clients. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team to analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while supporting testing, deployment, and documentation activities. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve errors to ensure the stability and functionality of developed applications.

Requirements

  • One or more of the following certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, ServiceNow Certified Developer, ICAgile or CSM, At least 1 Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certification
  • General cybersecurity knowledge and understanding
  • 3+ years of experience in development on RDBMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
  • 3+ years of experience in data modeling, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects.
  • 3+ years of experience working with JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and application programming interfaces (APIs) to support low-code/no-code platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience deploying ServiceNow applications.
  • Active secret clearance required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional agile delivery team to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
  • Develop customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, code, and implement ServiceNow applications.
  • Write unit tests and perform due diligence to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Create timelines and development goals.
  • Test the stability and functionality of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure application reliability.
  • Write documentation and provide technical training.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
