  • Develop, enhance, and maintain production, development, and testing middleware infrastructure to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Design, code, test, and implement complex information systems and applications that align with MST and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues across production and non-production environments.
  • Lead or contribute to major projects, serving as a key technical resource and subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system scope, requirements, and objectives based on business needs.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow and Nuvolo Facility Management modules, including Work Orders, Asset Management, and Core ServiceNow components (Surveys, Service Portal, Record Producers).
  • Build and maintain mobile-friendly, user-centric ServiceNow modules using modern web technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services and APIs using REST, JSON, and XML.
  • Partner with clients to identify automation opportunities, document functional requirements, and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Mentor team members and share technical expertise to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer preferred.
  • Skilled in ServiceNow Mobile, building reports and dashboards, and managing data security (access controls, domain separation).
  • Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, or Jelly Script.
  • 10+ years of overall IT or cybersecurity experience with a solid understanding of systems integration and best practices.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
