You will play a significant role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system. This role involves ensuring the CMDB accurately reflects the IT infrastructure, supporting IT operations, incident resolution, and strategic decision-making. The Tech Lead typically oversees data integrations, discovery processes, and CMDB administration tasks. You will also work with different stakeholders and business partners to help with the business requirements and priorities and build effective solutions that aligns with Freddie Mac’s organizational objectives, influence and contribute to the technical roadmap of the platform. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead for CMDB to join our team. The CMDB Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a reliable and sustainable configuration management system. It involves ensuring the CMDB accurately reflects the IT infrastructure, supporting IT operations, incident resolution, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, APM, SAMPro, SPM, and designing/implementing CSDM architecture.
