About The Position

Requirements

  • General understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
  • 1+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Active secret clearance required
