The work As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) and the ServiceNow Platform to drive business solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Additionally, your role as a Business Analyst will be pivotal in driving innovation, streamlining processes, and delivering value to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Exposure to tools such as Agile and backlog refinement will be beneficial in effectively managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience in requirements gathering will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable plans for the team.
  • Ability to navigate complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive results will be essential in ensuring the success of business initiatives.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Product CSM and the ServiceNow Platform will be instrumental in optimizing customer service processes and enhancing overall business operations.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
