In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, significantly impacting our partner's operational efficiency and service delivery. Your expertise will guide the architectural vision and governance of the ServiceNow environment, while ensuring security and compliance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will mentor development teams and optimize platform performance. This role is key to driving successful outcomes in large-scale ServiceNow implementations, contributing to best practices and automation strategies across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, 3+ years in architect/lead role
- ServiceNow CSA certification required
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB
- Deep knowledge of platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
- Proven ability to design scalable solutions aligned with CSDM
- Experience with integrations and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Responsibilities
- Lead design & implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB)
- Define architecture vision & roadmap with stakeholders and technical teams
- Oversee customization, configuration, and integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, MID Server)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Optimize platform performance, CMDB structure, and workflows
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance across ServiceNow environments
- Produce solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
- Lead upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements with minimal operational impact
- Advise clients on platform capabilities, process automation, and best practices
