About The Position
Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring a Service Advisor for a busy service department with steady customer traffic and strong earning potential. This is a performance-based role where your ability to manage customers, sell services, and stay organized directly impacts your income. Earnings are $61,000 – $100,000 annually (based on current performance) with a Commission Pay Plan: 4.75% of RO parts & labor (CSI below zone), 5.25% (CSI above zone), and 5.5% (Top 10% CSI). The role offers consistent traffic from an established customer base and steady service volume, a supportive team of experienced technicians and service leadership, and growth opportunities with a path to senior advisor or service management.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and write repair orders
