Enjoy fantastic working hours – from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and, unlike other shops, we are closed on Sundays. In this fast-paced and friendly environment, you’ll handle everything from writing repair estimates and ordering parts to managing shop flow and team attendance. If you thrive on face-to-face customer service and love keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
- 2-3 years of service writer or service manager experience
- Experience with estimating automotive repair
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years of automotive shop management
Responsibilities
- Clearly and confidently communicate technician recommendations to guests, ensuring transparency and trust
- Order parts and supplies to keep the shop running efficiently
- Manage time and attendance for the shop
- Strategically assign work to technicians based on skillset and workload to maximize productivity
- Drive and manage overall shop flow to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime
- Consistently meet and/or exceed company KPIs through strong leadership/collaboration and operational execution
