BEST Logistics Group is excited to start our search for a Service Writer to join our Fleet Maintenance Team! This new role will be based out of our Kernersville, NC shop operation, reporting directly to our Director of Fleet Maintenance. Regular office hours for this position will be 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Pay is negotiable, depending on experience, within a range of $23 - $25 per hour. This position is full-time, with a range of benefits available including 401(K), medical, dental, and vision offerings, paid vacation, holiday pay, and much more! This person will collaborate heavily with our Director of Fleet Maintenance, Parts and Warranty, our Shift Leads, and technicians. We need someone that has excellent customer service experience, a positive attitude, who is a self-starter, and fluid communicator. We are looking for someone who is adaptable to learning different technology, tools, and software (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Dossier, McLeod TMS, and other systems as needed) needed as a part of successfully handling the day-to-day needs in this role.
