Administrative duties may be assigned in accordance with individual branch office procedures. The position also entails supporting Service Managers and Technicians, preparing invoices and repair orders, managing customer accounts and payments, maintaining various filing and database systems, estimating and scheduling repairs, coordinating road calls, controlling costs, issuing purchase orders, performing general office duties, and managing cash.
