About The Position

Coordinates the equipment repair process by writing and assigning repair work orders.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Associates degree; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
• Valid driver's license, Class A CDL preferred
• Forklift Certification
• Safety shoes (composite or stell toe) required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and assigns repair work orders.
• Assists drivers with equipment repair requests.
• Keys invoice information and issues purchase orders within approved limits.
• Audits work orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact vendors to schedule warranty repairs and follows up on services provided.
• Performs minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Ensures regular maintenance and cleanliness of premises.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Receives/carries out instructions.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
