Requirements
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to everyone
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Attention to detail (the little things matter here!)
- Comfort using computers and dealership software
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in customer service (preferred)
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
- Service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with confidence, positivity, and a genuine desire to help
- Listen carefully and gather details about vehicle concerns (even the vague ones)
- Create clear, accurate service orders for our technicians
- Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and estimates in a way customers actually understand
- Coordinate schedules to keep the shop moving efficiently
- Keep detailed records of services and customer interactions in our system
- Follow up with customers to ensure everything was handled right
