Sunshine Quality Solutions is hiring a Service Writer to support our service team with accurate reporting, customer communication, and warranty coordination. This role manages service records, supplies, and equipment logistics while maintaining up-to-date customer profiles. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices
• Familiarity with office procedures and recordkeeping
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies, or equipment).
• Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
• Occasional bending, reaching, or walking around the office
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
• Open and manage work orders through invoicing
• Coordinate equipment transportation and maintain records
• Keep service library current with manuals, bulletins, and media
• Maintain department files and customer profiles
• Manage accessories and supplies, including reorders
• Collaborate on warranty claim follow-ups with the centralized processor
