Newport Toyota is looking for motivated person to act as a liaison between customers and the technical team in our dealership.Customer service: Greet customers, listen to concerns, and provide a friendly experience. Technical diagnosis: Use technical knowledge to identify problems, which may involve asking questions or performing a visual inspection. Prepare a repair order that includes cost, time, and labor estimates. Schedule service appointments and check-ups. Explain service outcomes and answer questions. Advise customers on how to care for their vehicles and maintain them according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure excellent quality of service.
