Then apply now for our Auto Body Estimator / Service Writer Trainee position! The hours for Auto Body Service Writer Trainees are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute lunch. Position is hourly plus overtime, PLUS commission after training. After training you have the potential to make 70-110k/year. Benefits of the Auto Body Service Writer Trainee position: Pay: $65,000/year (The Service Writer Trainee position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 24 and 31 dollars.) 401(k) Plan with Company Matching Health/Dental/Vision - Plus COPAY Visa! Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). Requirements
- Excellent customer service/sales background
- Ability to multitask, and manage several jobs at once
- Attention to detail and accurate
- Quick learner with a positive can do attitude!
- Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners
- Must have a valid driver's license
- You will be required to pass a drug screen prior to hire.
Responsibilities
- Assess damaged vehicles and map the damages
- Input written estimates into our computer systems
- Work with various insurance companies/requirements
- Order parts necessary for vehicle repairs
- Follow vehicles through their entire collision repair process.
