Job Responsibilities: · Deliver training in person and virtually based on district requirements · Design and develop innovative learning solutions to meet training objectives · Develop and implement training content and production standards to expand learning services · Support employee training development via competency programs for current and future requirements · Provide individual training records for reporting purposes · Act as a catalyst for best-practice sharing across district locations · Assist Engineering with document revision requirements · Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures · Manage business travel and training expenditures efficiently following company policies · Perform other work-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: · High School Diploma or Equivalent · 5+ years of hands-on service experience with NOV Downhole tools preferred · Significant applicable downhole tool service experience required Must be willing to travel domestic and international If you believe your unique experience qualifies you, please apply
