The Experienced Service-to-Sales BDC Representative at Advantage Dealer Group is responsible for converting Service customers into qualified Sales opportunities by proactively engaging customers before and after their Service visits. This role requires prior automotive experience and a strong understanding of Service and Sales workflows. This is not a traditional Sales role and does not involve closing deals. The focus is on outbound communication, appointment setting, customer coordination, and clean handoffs between Service and Sales while protecting the Service experience.
