Requirements

• Experience as a security technician or low-voltage systems specialist
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer communication and client-facing abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Nice To Haves

• On-the-job trained security technicians encouraged to apply
• Prior experience with low-voltage cabling, access control, CCTV/surveillance, or alarm systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain low-voltage and security systems
• Perform onsite diagnostics and complete necessary repairs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Ensure all work meets safety, efficiency, and quality expectations
• Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and reports
• Travel to client locations throughout Boston and surrounding areas
