Requirements
- Fast and streamlined onboarding process
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical information clearly
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, equipment, and related technologies
- Required certifications, licenses, and local registrations (compensation based on experience)
- Flexible schedule
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening processes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Inspect malfunctioning equipment, accurately identify mechanical problems, and develop effective repair plans. Coordinate with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient and high‑quality service.
- Perform Repairs & Maintenance: Install new systems or components and complete routine maintenance to keep customer vehicles operating at peak performance.
- Support Customer Understanding: Explain diagnoses, recommended repairs, and available solutions to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure service satisfaction.
- Document All Work Performed: Record repair and maintenance activities, note any concerns encountered, and prepare thorough, accurate service reports.
