Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Service Technician preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent
B-level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise repairs.
Proficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
Positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine eagerness to learn and improve.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders in line with dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicle’s needs, providing clear estimates for additional repairs when necessary.
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
