Requirements

Experience with electrical systems, PLC control systems, and industrial equipment such as filtration systems, dust and mist extractors, and laser machines is essential.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to perform fault finding and repairs.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
Driving license and willingness to travel within the Charlotte / Fort Mill area.

Responsibilities

Travel across Charlotte / Fort Mill area to set up, service, and optimize electrical and PLC systems for a variety of industrial equipment.
Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, service, and preventive maintenance on products including filtration systems, dust and mist extractors, laser machines, and other industrial equipment.
Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective actions to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
Collaborate with customers to enhance system functionality, reduce recurring issues, and optimize filters, capturing devices, extraction systems, and other critical components.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline service operations and deliver exceptional customer support.
