This is a field-based position where the technician will spend most of their day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses, starting and ending their day from their service area rather than an office. The role involves being a motivated Service Professional responsible for customer retention and reducing callbacks by completing all assigned stops. The mission is to deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride. Requirements

  • No prior pest control experience required
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the retention of customers and to reduce the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned
  • Deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride
  • Start your day from home and head straight to your first stop
  • Manage your own service route throughout the day
  • Work independently outdoors in different neighborhoods
  • Treat 10–15 homes per day
  • Communicate with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Drive company vehicles
  • Clean work areas
  • Assist with other administrative tasks
  • Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
  • Ensure every customer experience is a great one
