About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural or heavy equipment. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to work independently and in the field when needed. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to high-quality work.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED, NCRC, or 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems or equivalent certifications
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills using technical manuals
- Basic computer skills and diagnostic software experience
- Ability to operate equipment for testing/diagnostics
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
- Ability to work full-time day shift with overtime/weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment
- Field service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring junior technicians
- Good communication and customer service skills
