Subaru Concord is looking for experienced Subaru technicians and Subaru Master technicians to help our shop grow and become more efficient and effective. Requirements

Auto repair experience
Candidates for this position must be versatile in skills and tasks performed
Ability to be analytical and multi-task
Good work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
Work on recalls, general maintenance, and diagnostics.
Clearly write and communicate needed repairs/maintenance and the parts and time needed to repair
Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
Estimate cost of repair
Test vehicles both before and after repair
Document service performed
Other duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications
Participate in required training
