Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs needed, and maintenance plans.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
- Assist in mentoring junior technicians and apprentices when needed.
