About The Position

We are actively hiring experienced Automotive Technicians at multiple skill levels, including Flat Rate Technicians, Master Technicians, and EV (Electric Vehicle) Specialists. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing dealership service team with a strong workflow, modern equipment, and ongoing manufacturer training. Technicians in this role will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and efficiency. EV Technicians will focus on advanced electric vehicle systems, including battery diagnostics, high-voltage components, and emerging automotive technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5+ years of dealership automotive, repair experience, master-level candidates.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including electrical and drivability concerns.
  • Experience with routine maintenance and complex repairs (brakes, suspension, engine, electrical systems).
  • ASE certifications (A1–A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications.
  • Experience or training in electric and hybrid vehicle systems highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures and EV diagnostics (for EV-focused candidates).
  • Ability to efficiently complete work in a flat-rate environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Basic computer skills for diagnostics and repair documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors
  • Maintain productivity levels in a flat-rate pay structure
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems
  • Follow all safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage EV components
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Flat Rate technicians are eligible to participate in our tenure bonus after six months. Tenure bonus pays up to $3.50 per flat rate hour, paid at end of year.
