About The Position

Elk Grove Subaru, now proudly part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to join their growing team. This role is for a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused technician ready to advance their career. The position involves performing high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, inspecting vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards, accurately documenting all recommendations and completed work, and collaborating with Service Advisors and other technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience. The technician is also expected to stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Subaru experience preferred
ASE certifications a plus

Responsibilities
