The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, service, and repair of GPC beverage equipment. This position offers a Monday – Friday schedule, working from 8am until 4:00pm. Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to available to be on call every 6th weekend.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required.
Associate Degree in refrigeration or have equivalent knowledge and experience required.
Adept at using a smart phone, Outlook, and general computer software.

Nice To Haves

Electrical and plumbing experience preferred.
Experience with sealed system refrigeration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform installations, service work, and repairs on all beverage equipment including coolers, vending machines, fountain equipment and hot beverage equipment.
Completing the daily work orders with accuracy and creating invoices.
Be the face of GPC while providing excellent communication with customers to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met with best in class service.
Communicates with management and coworkers to identify and resolve problems.
Maintain a safe work environment.
