What would you do as a Automotive Technician As an Automotive Technician at Fox Motors, you will be responsible for executing repairs outlined on the repair order with exceptional efficiency and precision, adhering to both dealership and factory standards. You will diagnose the root cause of malfunctions and execute repairs, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high-quality benchmarks. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will communicate effectively with the parts department to source required components, as well as coordinate with the Service Manager and Service Advisor to ensure timely project completion. Additionally, you may undertake various other duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and high-performance environment dedicated to excellence in customer service. Would you be a great Automotive Technician ? To excel as an Automotive Technician at Fox Motors, a solid foundation in automotive repair is essential, underscored by at least one year of related experience or training. A combination of education and practical experience will equip you with the necessary skills to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of automotive issues effectively. While Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory, allowing for a range of skill levels to apply. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is required to facilitate test drives and ensure compliance with safety standards. Successful candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team, all while maintaining a customer-centric focus in a fast-paced environment.
