About The Position

As a Service Technician you will repair and maintain Trimble products, provide technical support for Trimble distribution partners and customers, and conduct technical training meetings. Requirements

2 yr. Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
High School Graduate
Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices
Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Capable of understanding and following written guidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products.
Capable of working with limited supervision.
Strong computer skills.
Experience conducting instructor-led technical training seminars

Responsibilities

Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times
Read, understand, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products.
Attend service training in both formal class room and “On the Job” bench training environments.
Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction.
Attendance (Reliable)
Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs.
Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate.
Achieve established productivity matrices.
Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses
