What You’ll Do Travel 3–6 days per week to customer sites to investigate claims and perform on‑site repairs on Sauder products. Independently manage travel, navigate routes, and represent the company professionally in the field. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships. Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams to resolve concerns and restore goodwill. Support service operations by completing administrative tasks and taking on additional assigned projects.
