About The Position

We’ve expanded our services to include HVAC, plumbing, and more! The Service Technician is responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential settings. You'll also be on-call to address urgent issues and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Requirements

• Valid Class A Journeyman Electrician license in Iowa.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Proficient with tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Leadership potential and interest in evolving into a lead technician.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per code.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor apprentices.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs professionally.
• Be available for on-call duties to handle urgent electrical issues.
• Develop leadership skills with the potential to advance to a lead technician role.
