About The Position

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated and empowered Service Technician for their Springs at Pena Station residential apartment community in Denver, CO. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and personal attention to residents, addressing their service needs, and maintaining facility operations. The Service Technician will report to the Service Supervisor.

Requirements

Experience in manual labor or related field
Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays
Occasional bending, stooping, and stretching
Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 250 pounds with assistance
Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform responsibilities

Responsibilities

Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
