About The Position

Service Technician

Requirements

• Conforms with the core values of BPS
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of experience servicing construction or heavy equipment (preferred)
• 18+ years of age
• DOT Medical Card
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus (if applicable)
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic data
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
• Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
• Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience servicing construction or heavy equipment (preferred)
