Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely within a workshop environment.
Passion for powersports and vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on powersports vehicles.
Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding vehicle status and service timelines.
Complete training modules and on-the-job learning assignments to enhance technical proficiency.
